SCCA President, Dr. Greg Lonscak will present a 4 hour seminar to show you the "seven deadly sins of documentation."  He will show you how to document medical necessity in your daily records and how to outline treatment plans for your patients.  This seminar will assit you in documenting for liablility purposes in case you are audited or get sued.  (4 hours of CE approved for SC).

In addition, 3 hours will be presented by Myron Finley, Esq. who will discuss provider contracts and show you what is "okay" and "not okay" to do.  This should aid D.C.s in dealing with an audit.
